Exactly such a turning point changed my life a year ago. An ordinary day in Porto Cristo. I ran into a friend by chance and we spontaneously decided to have a coffee together.
The relaxed chat quickly took an emotional turn. With a heavy heart she told me she had to give up her beloved decoration shop. The reason? An astronomic rent increase. What she didn't know at that moment: I was facing a decision too. After ten years in Cala Millor, the landlady I shared my business premises with was retiring.
As if our destinies had been waiting for this very moment, she told me about a shop right here in Porto Cristo. It had been empty for a very long time — more than 21 years, to be precise.
From the coffee cup to a new business idea: we didn't hesitate. We went there, looked through the windows, felt the potential — and simply took the plunge. We rented the space practically the same day! And there we were: in the middle of yet another completely unplanned building site in our lives. But as you can see: no hesitation, just pure anticipation of everything to come!
